First of all, not to be a prick, but anyone coming on here and bragging about towing significantly more than the vehicle is rated for should get a bit of a slap down.
Second, the only brake upgrade you need to tow a heavy trailer (IMHO, not a lawyer, etc.) is one of these:

Just having a diesel doesn't make a P38 a great tow vehicle. Being able to stop and steer it are important as well. Thats why I was asking about other upgrades. I am kind of just being a ******** so don't mind me

correctSince the series landrovers , the landrover line has been always pretty well braked , especially with their specialised ABS software development. They are generally well able to deal with their max rated towing . I have regularly run a 130 DC HCPU at at its max train weight (16 512lbs ) (plus a little more on occasions) without any dramas . But as with any increase in weight you need to allow extra stopping distance , and inertia on curves etc .
