FlipPac Tent Install

I'm reattaching the tent to my FlipOac a curious if anybody has done this or know the steps that were taken at the factory?

For instance:
- should I put the plastic rods in the tent sleeves and then slide the tent into the extrusions? Or slide the rods into the sleeves after the tent sleeve is in the extrusion?
- is there a side that you recommend doing first or last?
- do I want the tent poles in place or can they be put in afterwards?

Any suggestions or points would be greatly appreciated!!!

I cannot comment on most of your Q's as I've never had mine off completely...

One thing I'd recommend longer rivets that they originally used... on one of mine they started to pull out... come to find they were only riveted into the fiberglass and not the steel tubing just under the fat layer of fiberglass. Be sure to use sealer under and on top of the rivets.

I believe you could probably install the tent portion without the aluminum support tubes and do them later.... but that is based on observation, not actual experience.
