I’ve used this OBD II scanner more than any other tool on my truck and others. Newer rigs have more software problems than anything.

Great thread and answers, thank you all!

I'm surprised no one has a heavy lift jack on the list, I got a big Pro-Eagle figuring that getting a flat in a 10k+ lb rig miles from the tarmac would be the most likely way to get stranded.

I think it's because you can't take it all. I carry a light assortment of tools and AAA. Over years of driving all over the country, 95% Of my failures wouldn't be roadside repairs in the first place. Best to bring simple things, leave the rest at home, and get AAA in my opinion.
