Maybe I am missing something here..
Yeah that is a good idea! Oh wait I call all the time and just get the same answer, it will be in next week. I'am not whinig just stating my situation, and the problems I'am having with shipping! If someone is going to post on here that they are offering free shipping, they should fix all the other shipping problems first!
This is the reason if your local walk in the door or call us and ask for something we do not have we do not take your money. We do not control our suppliers' companies, nor their distribution. We fight to get it as soon as we can to make every one of our customers happy. The way I see it, is that if we took your money or took a down payment on the parts at that point we are 100% responsible, and since we don't control that part until it gets to us it is only fair to exchange money at that point.
Oh yeah another thing not tring to impress any of you here! I also run my on small business in Arizona and would have handled things differently. And if I were to post an ad here for my business and I had an unhappy customer, I would expect them to call me out if I had not taken care of there problem!
I have offered the part at cost to you, which means that we will be taking a loss on selling the part to you. I was pretty sure that this resolved a part of your customer satisfaction, and was the best solution to the issue at hand. I apologize that it is still not to your satisfaction.
Stop being so thin skinned and take the criticism like a man!
If this was directed to me, I actually encourage criticism. We can only learn from the criticism that is perceived as negative, and make improvements so that it does not happen again; whereas the positive criticism shows us what we have done correctly and should continue to do.
