Nice. My father in law has the same truck and it's nice. Only complaint is that the fuel economy is lower than his old 7.3.

The Ravelco is interesting. One of our mechanics at work has a nice 4wd Excursion that he refuses to drive to the valley when visiting family out of fear it will get stolen. I'm going to mention it to him.

Major Parts Bought for Skiny Elvis

Guys,
A couple days ago i made my major parts order for the 2008!!!

Parts:
- AFE Progard 7 Stage 2 CAI
- AFE 4" Mach Force XP Race Turbo Back Exhaust ( no dpf, no kitty, and no muff) with black 5" tip
- Sinister EGR Delete
- Sinister Coolant Filter
- H&S Mini Maxx 300 Hot D**n Tune
- Ruby Diesel Intercooler Coldside 3" Ceramic Coated Black
- Ruby Diesel CFM EGR Valve Delete Black
- BD Diesel Boost Boots good for 100 psi
- Stealth Diesel CCV
- Mag-Hytec Tran pan for the 5r110w
- Redline D6 ATF fuild
- Coolant flush fluid

I will be getting this dyno'd eventually, but i have seen several reports of:
- 550whp and 1100wtq easy... ;)
- Quarter mile should be high 12's!!!
- Mpg's should be as high as 22-23!!! at 65mph.

I strongly recommend these mods!!!

Having watched this and several other threads for sever months I sold my truck and traded in my car for a quadcab diesel. I am in love with this thing even though I can see it is going to be a money magnet. lol.

Well it has been a while since i updated this so here i go:
- Diffs are on the ground waiting for their 3.08's and E-lockers :)
- Center the front diff so all my halfshafts are the same :)
- Trouble shooting my CTIS
- Adding another yellow top
- Finally installing my winch controls
- Lot of custom wiring and switch panels to come
- I need advice on lights!!!

I get a lot of my crazy ideas on the this forum.

Looking forward to the meet up.

BTW i have done a lot of hand calcs and i now get 20 mpg spot on for the HWY and 18 -19 mpg city.
