Sorry we let you down and it didn't work out. I offered an apology, we ran through several scenarios, and you decided to cancel the order. That was the whole of it. We did what you asked, returned all the custom parts ordered for your camper, and you were not billed for anything from UMV. You have posted under your alias anonymously in several threads here and other forums, months later, saying we "screwed you" and expressed an anger that was not there the day you were in the shop. We're not going to make you happy, I've accepted that, and we'll try to improve based on your feedback.
I really do hope you'll find a camper that works for you from AT, Red Cannon or the guy in Alabama and you can relax out in the wilderness.
