Maybe the $80,000 Cadillac of Offroad Trailers

There seems to be a lot of opinions about this trailer. I'm just getting into the offroad camping arena and I thought this might meet my needs, but after reading so many comments, it sounds like their might be better options.

Can anyone suggest a trailer that will handle:
1. Colorado winters in the mountains without freezing the water supply
2. Sleep a family of four
3. An indoor kitchen and toilet
4. Solar

This is my first post, so I apologize if this should be redirected somewhere else. Thanks!

Bigfoot makes tow behinds as well as truck campers. They are supposed to be good in the cold, wouldn't think they are really offroadable tho.

My only experience is looking at them at a dealer. They seem well made, although the thing I remember most is the one I spent the most time in had a really strange high techy deco interior thing going with blues and silver and strange angles on trim panels etc, definitely not my thing as far as an interior.
The bigger one -model 25b21(21') was pretty normal looking insiders.
