I have the AC 3 inch lift with revolver shakles . I wouldn't wait too long to get an alignment either .
Yup same Tbars . As long as you have at least a half inch gap on your bump stops you are fine. After leveling the truck by adjusting the tbars my bump stop gaps were not even but the truck sits nice and even from left to right at the front and back.
Yes there is lots to like about the older engineering on these rigs. That was the draw for me , easy to work on and not a lt to go wrong.
The bump stop you have to worry about is on the upper control arm for the down travel. I don't think you would have more than an inch of space there with the new tbars in and a bit of lift . But I could be wrong. The down travel is the one you need to worry about because it is there to limit the working angle of the front axels and as long as there is enough space to put a finger through you are good but with less lift you will likely have a bigger gap which is just fine and easier on your front axles in the long run.
