Can anyone link me to a place to buy OME's full kit? Including springs, shocks, shackles.. etc.. what tire size would you guys suggest? I'll get some more pictures up in a few!

That sure is a 'beaut!

You might consider going lighter-duty on the OME components. I went with the lightest springs and shocks I could get and they're definitely not too soft, even overloaded with truck camper and winch bumper.

You'll have to see about the tire fitment. OME kits aren't meant to add a lot of height, they're designed to transform ride quality and improve control. Usually tires in the 31-32" arena are the best fit with an OME kit. I prefer driving on smaller tires, so I went with 30x9.50s. When Peterson 4Wheel put the OME kit on an '85 4runner, they used 32x11.50s.

33x10.5 will fit easily with an OME lift..

I'd also go with the light kit. The heavy will be ridiculous..

I'd check into 3rd Gen rear OME springs.. you have to move your shackle hanger back about 1.5"-2.5" and you don't have to mess with the front mount.

All the shackle angles I've seen on OME kits for a SFA truck has been TERRIBLE! and it will really affect your ride. My front shackle angle was awful and it made my truck ride worse! I run RUF springs with 5.5" shackles and didn't have to move my front hanger and it works and rides incredible compared to the OME..

Not trying to talk you mouth of OME, well... yes I am.. lol

I read hundreds of good reviews.. so I ordered the kit and was HIGHLY disappointed when I got it on.. I feel like I wasted my money on them..

Thanks for the tips as far as light duty springs go. Still in the air about tire size. I could save a lot of money skipping tires and regear as I do have some really nice scooper STT's on it currently. I just don't want it to look goofy.

What size are the coopers? I have the light duties up front with 5.5 inch shackles and 31x10.5 Iroks. Love the look, no rub, can easily run a 33 if I wanted. My first tire I want was the km2 in 33x10.5 but was afraid it would not fit, but now I see it will. With just the leafs, your tries will look good. With longer shackles it may be to high. My ride greatly improved with the longer shackle, flexes really nice too. I'll get some pictures tomorrow for you.

Awesome thanks! They are 30x9.5's. As you can see they are pretty tight in the wheel wells now because the 30 year old leafs are sagging a lot haha

I'll sell you my front OME leafs for cheap.. I had em on maybe 2 weeks before I went to RUF.. my RUF setup is the same height as the OME springs

Here's a pic of OME springs, 5.5" shackles, and 32x11.5 Kendas.. plenty of room for 33s.. my 32s actually looked small IMO

great look there.

a lift and 31's will be perfect for your 4 runner. Won't need to regear, and is much easier on the drivetrain.

Here's a pic of OME light front springs with 30x9.50 tires on the '85 4runner. The shackle angle came out fine on this application.

Wow thanks for the picture that's really helpful. Doesn't look bad IMO and I will probably run the 30's until they wear out.
