That looks SWEET! you are a master with design.
The new wheels and tires tuck up under the fenders very nice and the stabilizers work perfect.
Show me how the table looks upright? does it pin to the jack?

Interested in what you think on the tent when it arrives.

Keep us posted.

Thanks again everyone.

I am honestly pretty surprised it has turned out the way it has. :sombrero: The wheels make it look so much better imo, and the extra security of knowing the new tires are less likely to blow going down the road was worth the extra cost.

Yes the table pivots up to a tab on the jack and is pinned. I don't have a good picture of that right now, but posted this one on the last page (I think).

I will be sure to get a better one with the table up tomorrow for you. Hopefully the mesh material for the table is coming soon enough so it can be welded and painted on before the tent arrives.

I got some better pictures taken of the table positioned up and down

The ammo box is now mounted with some stainless button head bolts and lock nuts.

Since my bottle for the welder never got delivered on Friday, a friend of mine dropped off a small one for me to use, but that only had enough gas for a couple minutes worth of welding. I can't win sometimes. :p

Absolutly awesome! I love the 7, the Cummins, and the FC too!

Thanks. :) Driving the FC excites me more then anything. Hopefully money will start growing on trees to make that happen.

@jeepjunky- I am waiting on a Tepui Tent Kukenam model that will mount on top of the cage.

I was able to knock a few things off the to do list yesterday after FINALLY getting me welder back up and running. It's been acting up some lately, but at least it has a full spool and bottle now. :p

Trail jack is completely welded on and gusseted

I cut off and relocated the Jerry Can holder, and then modified it for one of these.

It is located up towards the front table for easy washing access when needed. Speaking of the table....

The plans for now are to just bungee the grill down when in use. Once the floor and lid material are cut, the gas supply will be stubbed out the front of the trailer for direct access to the grill.

The trailer stabilizers needed something to weld to, so these were added and ground down smooth where the stabilizers butt up against.

They turned out real nice for me.

I also was able to add some of that mesh to the back area too. It is recessed down but up tight to the tailgate hinges.

I kind of wish I could have done that to the front table, but space was limited and another grill I have would have been too big for the surface area then.

Most everything is completely welded now and ready for paint. I'm just brainstorming what else should be put on, like tabs to hang a hammock/trash bag/fishing pole holders/etc. Any ideas?

Some of those quick clamps from Sierra4x4 got delivered yesterday too. I will snap some pictures of those when they get mounted.

Last but not least, my RTT is FINALLY being shipped. For anyone who orders a Tepui RTT, I would suggest ordering it directly through them instead of being a cheapskate like me and trying to save some money by going through Bass Pro Shops. By going that route, it has caused a delay in them getting info from Tepui because you never are able to talk to the same person at BPS. After calling and then emailing back and forth with Tepui trying to figure out why my 1-2 week delivery is now going to be closer to a month, Evan stepped up big time and made it right for me by sending me the annex accessory to go along with the tent. You just don't find customer service like that any more, and reading other threads on here about him, that's not the first time he has gone out of his way either. So anyone looking to order a RTT, you know who I am going to suggest. :ylsmoke:

Oh yeah, does anyone have a good source for getting u-bolts? I've looked at a bunch of links online but have had no success. What I need is either a 3/8" or 5/16" ubolt that is 1-3/4" wide, and a minimum of 5" long on the inside. Everything I have found is around 4". Thanks

You try McMaster or Fastenal for the u-bolts? If not there, then I bet there are some truck spring shops that can bend them up custom for you ...

I've tried Fastenal, Etrailer, and a bunch of places around here. The big suspension shop doesn't carry that small of rod. I've got one trailer place to check at tomorrow, so hopefully they have them or at least can order me some.

Looken Good Sir, but hey your from Nebraska, you have to be good.

Go Big Red!!!!

Thank you. Are you from here originally? Go Big Red!

You've got some years on me, but being from Lincoln, I've spent some time over the years there. A good friend of mine is actually on the police force there too. Let me know if you ever head back this way. :)
