Racks / Armor color other than black...

As I wrap up my RTT rack, I'm debating with myself as to what color to paint it...

My original RTT rack was painted gloss black -to go with the gloss black bumpers and sliders. I've seen some ARB bumpers color matched to the vehicle, and that looks pretty cool.

Now my Tacoma is white and I don't think white armor would look very good. There is a whole rainbow of colors to choose from.

Because you are gentlemen (with a few of the fairer sex included), none would ask me directly, "Why did you paint those (insert color)? It looks (insert derogatory comment)."

Here is your chance..

If you don't plan on using the armor, then make it chrome (or pink or whatever) so everyone will know what you have.

If you plan on using the armor, flat black so you can easily touch it up with spray paint after every trip to stop it from rusting.

I am fond of silver vein powder coat on the top side...

No need to reinvent the wheel flat black or hammered paint so you can rattle can touch it up.
