Love your ride, EagleFreak. I often search craigslist for Eagles just to check 'em out.

Here's a video review of 5 small, relatively off-road worthy crossovers. They like the Subaru Forester the best.

One vehicle that I've always been a bit interested in is the Mazda MPV, which was available with true 4wd. Here's a river crossing video. Anybody had any experience with these off-road? I imagine an Astro's a lot easier to modify, but in stock form the MPV probably has a few advantages (besides the underpowered engine).

And here's some randoms for y'all... lifted Mazda RX-7 in dunes and a Ford Crown Victoria on Hell's Revenge, Baby Lion's Backand again on Baby Lion's Back.

And here are the guys recently featured in Overland Journal taking their old London Cab all over the d*mn place:

Wow this is a fun thread. I'm diggin through my old photos for some pics of me and my Honda Odyssey. I had my old computer crash a few years ago and lost a lot of pictures.

This was camping out in Arizona back in Fall of 2007.

I eventually installed a CB and went with General Grabber AT2 tires. I used it for storm chasing and offroading in Florida. This picture is pretty bad but that's me next to a few of my buddies in their H3's.

Sadly, the transmission went the day after I got it home after graduation. I held onto it for another year but never had the time or money to invest in it so I sold it. I miss that van a ton. Of all my cars I've had: Pontiac Firebird, Honda Accord, Ford Bronco, Infiniti G35, Hummer H3 and of course the Odyssey. I have to say the van was my favorite. Sure you couldn't go climbing over boulders, but it was great for the gravel roads that run across the west. Also, 23 MPG while hauling 6 people and 500 lbs of gear is a great way to travel.
