sounds like a decent setup - just thought I'd make a few comments on your "want" list. opinions are like ************** - but here's my thought
1. Warn winch w-air comp.
a Superwinch is much less. You can find the winch plus cable for less than $600. Look on project-JK for the writeups on mounting the winch to the factory bumper. Can be done for as little as $50 for the mount, or the RCX for ~$200. A winch is vital - especially if you're going to be alone. You can skip everything else but this!
OBA: sounds and looks cool. I have yet to be convinced that OBA is a necessity for most short-term trips. A ViAir250 will only set you back ~ $200 if you really feel it's necessary. A good spare is really all you need!
2. Hi-lift jack
do you have secure jackpoints on the vehicle? Plastic bumpers and no sliders = worthless carrying a hi-lift. Having a hi-lift means bumpers and sliders or its dead weight.
3. Rear bumper with tire carrier(dual-spare tires when on a trip)
I'd skip the dual spare and get the OBA system with a couple cans of fix-a-flat if you really feel insecure with only one spare. the extra tire is more than likely just wasted gas!
4. Dual gas can holder.
brackets on the roof-rack. Don't forget 2 more for water cans.
5. Off-road lights
no argument there - 140amp std. alternator is nice, too!
6. port-a-potty
these are a real mess. wag-bags and an ammo-can and call it done
7. Awning
a tarp, ties, line, and a couple extra tent poles suffice. If you've got a roof rack it makes a great place to tie off.
8. Custom roof rack.
why custom? $$$ get something reliable.
9. 2M radio
i wouldn't let it stop me from being out.
10. Better GPS system
I'm finding I like USGS quads and a compass better than a GPS.
11. DVD player
huh? how bout a harmonica!
12. Small Honda generator(when I get the trailer done)
whoa. no comment
:arabia:
cheers
