Hey. A couple of of quick Suzi shots. Firstly my old 1 litre Sierra on the beach at Fraser Island with one of the notorious locals. Needless to say the 3 little kids stayed in the back. A nine year old was fatally mauled and his brother also attacked the year after this pic was taken. Anyway the Sierra did everything it was asked to without complaint. I’d own another one of these any day.

An X90 Suzuki owned by one of our motorhome customers. We painted it up with the “Marsupial” stripes to match the tow vehicle. The couple love it. You can just see the hitch point on the front bar. There is a cable that plugs into the front bar as well which activates the signal lights from truck and also operates an electric servo on the brake pedal. I’ve never really been a fan of X90s thinking them far too impractical but in this situation, the small 4x4 is a perfect getaway for when they basecamp the truck. I got to drive it up the beach one day. Great thing to buzz around in.

97 Geo Tracker

ARB air lockers in front and rear differentials
5.83 ring and pinions
Calmini Anvil
Trail Tough Rockmonster 4.24:1 transfer case gears
31-10.50-15 Mickey Thompson MTZ tires
Calmini 3" suspension lift
OME front struts
OME 962 springs & 2" spacers on front
OME 955 springs & 1" spacers on rear
OME rear shocks
2 inch Sky body lift
Shrockworks front bumper with M8000 lb Warn winch
Shrockworks rock sliders
Sylvania SilverStar High Performance Halogen Headlight Bulbs
Hella driving lights
larger 4 door brakes upgrade
Factory engine/front differential skid plate
Factory transfer skid plate
Aftermarket4x4 gas tank skid plate
3" gas tank lift
Dual battery setup
ARB on-board air

In the works is a rear steel plate winch bumper with another Warn 8000lb winch.

Although we are from PA we do most of our offroading in the western states. I teach high school so we travel out west every summer for 4 or more weeks of offroading fun. We tow the Tracker behind our motorhome to get it out west. This year we are planning to do some multi-day offroading trips so I have been gearing up for some expeditions type trips. Researching what I need for the extended trips is how I found this great website. This winter we started gearing up with tent, sleeping bags, Waeco fridge as well as additional fuel containers. It has been a challenge to plan for all the additional gear in our small Tracker with all the tools, recovery gear and emergency supplies. I would welcome seeing how others are putting all the gear in these smaller vehicles.
