I carry Harbor Freight's torque wrenches in my truck for emergency use.
1/4" drive is 20 to 200 in pounds +\- 4%
3/8" drive is 5 to 80 ft pounds +\- 4%
1/2" drive is 20 to 150 ft pounds +\- 4%

I have verified that they all are within their stated tolerances.
At work I oversee the calibration lab and have access to a torque calibration equipment.

For other stuff that requires better gr&r, I use my craftsman

You don't need a torque wrench for any thing except learning or cylinder heads and bearing caps. If your anal then you need three wrenches because they are not accurate out side of the mid range of the wrench. If you have a 200 lb wrench and you need to go 185 then all bets are off that you won't snap it. If you need 15 with the same wrench you may get 5 or you may get 55. The high dollar ones Im issued from work are calibrated every year. I never use them. You may say "Well that's nice for an experienced guy but I'm not". If that's the case buy the cheapest one you can find and play with a trash picked lawn mower. Snap a few head bolts and torque the side covers down to spec to get a feel. You will be surprised at how accurate your own common sense is.
