Trail Outfitters 1990 FJ62 Expedition Build

Well she is finally done and off to her home in the Bay Area.

The owner threw a rod on his 3FE and figured it was a perfect time to upgrade the Cruiser the way he has always wanted.

Here is his Daily Driver/Expedition Build...

I assume we are talking about the restored 60...

We haven't driven it enough to get a good idea. As soon as it is complete I will take it for a LONG test drive and get that figured out.

Not sure on the MPG for the TBI 62. The owner is coming by next week on his way to Tahoe. I'll ask him then.

Hmmmmm...I need my rig to throw a rod. Beautiful truck, I may need to discuss my needs with you in spite of a still functioning motor.

Just drain all the oil and drive it up here! That should do the trick...:smiley_drive:

I'll send you a pm and you can enlighten me on your vision.

Did you stick with the OEM transmission torque converter?
