Uniflame Frying Pan

I just purchased the Uniflame fan5duo cookset, really nice. However, the fry pan got burn marks just by frying 6 eggs and bacon, and in the process of unsuccessfully trying to get rid of the burn marks by boiling water with baking soda and scraping it I scratched it a little. Any thoughts where I can find a replacement or any way this can be fixed? Anyone with similar experience with the Uniflame frying pan?

I can't tell what kind of surface it is. If it's carbon steel, than the scratch marks don't matter. If it's coated (non-stick?) then you may have ruined it.
