I've got 1 fuel can and 1 water can. The water can is basicly new, I put water in it one time this past fall. The fuel can is O.D. with new viton gasket and red cap holder. I'm in Ky. if anyone is interested. Ron

I have access to a few Brand New Scepter (olive with red straps) in 20L, 10L and spouts.
No Gov't or military use markings.
These are the last few left over from 2012 price, as 2013s there is a 4% price increase.

I am right over the GWB.
