Thinking about getting a larger tent. I am the second owner and it is in very good/great condition. No holes rips or tears. Rain fly and bullbar mount and extended ladder to be included. I just put a new cover on it. I got a good deal on it so I will'pass it along. $700. I am located in Long Beach SoCal
