Well it's time to move a old friend off to a new loving owner.
Given that this is a heavily North American based forum, it's a bit of a long shot but worth a try. There are a few Australian based ExPo members.

Vehicle:
  • 1997 HZJ80R RHD Toyota Landcruiser - build date November 1997
  • White in color
  • DX Model with barn style rear doors
  • 1HZ Engine
  • 5 speed manual
  • 219000 Km on the odometer
  • New injectors, timing belt and rebuilt injector pump at 200000 Km

The good - aftermarket accessories:
  • TJM steel bull bar, side steps and scrub rails
  • Front & Rear ARB Air Lockers with heavy duty air lines
  • ARB high flow compressor and tire inflation kit
  • Rear bumper and single spare wheel carrier
  • Replacement auxiliary fuel tank (180L capacity). Total fuel capacity 270L
  • 50mm raised Tough Dog heavy duty coils front and rear with Tough Dog Big Bore Adjustable Shocks (45 mm diameter) front and rear.
  • Purchased replacement bucket seat to replace passenger 3/4 bench seat. Has been mod plated for 5 people.
  • Dual battery system with 105 amp/hr batter, rear outlets for fridge
  • ARB upgraded lighting loom, bulbs and light housings
  • Roller drawers and drop down table on rear door
  • GME 40 Channel UHF

Further vehicle details can also be found here: A new to us 1997 Toyota HZJ80R Landcruiser.

The bad:
I've had to weld repair the front diff housing. It was welded by a professional welder and inspected by a certified Non Destructive Testing Technician. I'm not worried about the repair as it's been in service for 8 months with no issues or leaks. I was going to be taking it to Cape York in QLD Australia in the current state. All seals were replaced when the repair was undertaken. Further details can be found here: 80 Series - Broken front diff housing. I've also purchased a replacement front housing as well as a swivel hub rebuild kit. Both will be supplied with the vehicle.

Vehicle is in good condition for it’s age. Over $22 000 in maintenance and accessories since purchase three years ago. Full service history since new. Receipts provided. Inspections will not disappoint. As per the QLD Australia requirements, a roadworthy inspection has been completed.

That's a beauty of a LC. I love the "ambulance doors" y'all got... and that HZ diesel :-D

If you were stateside this would be sold.

If the price had been first born male child it would have sold here!

Best of luck with the sale.

Vehicle has been sold

The landcruiser has been sold. Nearly shed a tear as it drove away. The good news is that there are plans for it to go visit Cape York in July of this year. That means there is a chance I might see it up there and that makes me happy. :sombrero:
