Rotopax help needed - any Rotopax experts out there?

So I'm still working on my fuel storage - I basically need to be able to carry a minimum of 5 gallons.

I've decided the best way to go is with Rotopax fuel packs on my Yakima Roof basket (basket case, the older one.)

Here's what I think I've come up with, I just need to make sure this will work and figure out which pieces I need to get:

I want to carry 2, 3-gallon fuel packs like this: http://www.rotopax.com/3-Gallon-Gasoline.html

I think I can fit those side-by-side (not stacked top-to-bottom like you can with the 2 gallon packs) on the universal mounting plate:

That plate should mount on my Basket Case rack as the basket case dimensions are 26.5" w x 39.75" L.

My question, then, is what else do I need to mount the fuel packs to the mounting plate? I presume I'll need a couple of these, to attach the fuel pack to the mounting plate, correct?

EDITED TO ADD: Just noticed, it looks like the universal plate comes with two pack-mounts already, so I shouldn't need any more, does that seem right?

But then, what should I use to attach the mounting plate to the Yakima Rack? Do they make specific hardware for that or should I just try to find some U-bolts to bolt it in?

I would say take a look at some small u-bolts you could source/return locally or give Rotopax a call to see if they have a more specific recommendation. I'm sure they've probably run across this scenario by now. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful, but I figured after two days you deserved some sort of reply, lol.
