Just returned from a 10 day 2538 mile adventure with my son. Here are a few shots I have worked today.

I really like the 4th image. Awesome colors in the sky reflected in the water. Nice.

I expect you'll be processing shots from that trip for quite awhile. Cool that you and your son got the share the adventure.

After the storm

We had a nice monsoon storm roll through the valley yesterday afternoon. In it's wake, it left some interesting early evening lightscapes.

Nice shots slavin- your kids seem very comfortable with the camera.

Great work as usual Aaron and Brad. I agree with Brad - looks like you found some beautiful color in those last two. And Brad- double rainbows and suffused sun beams- wow. Awesome pictures, I need to post up some from my weekend.

Thanks Brad- It wont take too long- lighting wasn't that good for most of the trip. Only a handful of good shots.

My son was using a DSLR on this trip too. I'll post some of his shots once he gets them edited.

We will be coming up through Durango on te 24th and spending about a week playing in the Marble - Silverton, Ouray area.

I'll have to check the calendar. Work has me on the road for a few days towards the end of Aug but I'm not totally sure when yet.

Thanks. I guess that's what happens when you grow up with a dad who used to be a professional photographer. :sombrero: They actually come by it quite naturally as Bec was a musical theatre actress for many years. The future worries me slightly. :Wow1:

OK, let out yell when you know your schedule. I would enjoy meeting you.

Well get over it. :sombrero: You and your wife provide all the guidance you can as they grow. Then life takes over and they fly off on whatever path warms their hearts. From there, we just watch in amazement. :wings:

And that would be the exact position I would stay in until SAR comes to rescue me. :xxrotflma

Awww. His ice screw is only 10 feet below so with rope stretch he'd only fall about 25 feet if he popped out of the ice unless his belaying partner didn't like him

I like that the blue of the ice is complimented by the blue sky in the picture
