Anti-burst door lock help

So I have installed new door lock tumblers into my new anti-burst latches on my series 3 109. Now the doors won't lock. I can insert the key into the lock, turn it, and I see the little tab on the inside moving but it won't stay up. Also on the inside, I try to lock it via the tab, and its not staying locked.

Weird thing is that I installed one of them a few weeks ago, and it worked then...but now it won't!

Any insight into this would be great. I would REALLY like for my doors to lock.

Thanks

Surprisingly I've never had any issues with them (other than an idiot at Atlas Van Lines forcing the handle up when the door was locked).
I've never pulled the lock cylinder from one. Is it possible the mechanism wasn't in exactly the right place when you installed it? If it were me I'd pull it apart and inspect it carefully.
That said, hopefully someone else can say, "Oh yeah, that's because......"

Post the solution when/if you find it.

If the latch is not in the second (fully) latches position, the lock can't engage. First make sure it is fully closing. Test the latch with the door open.

I've had the springs that hold the lock fail before, which could also be the problem.

Check adjustment in and out and up and down of the latch, as they can be a bit finicky- and sometimes the spacer/shim on the mounting surface can help

Thanks. I've been fiddling with it. The drivers door fits really well now. Latches and locks very well. Passenger...it works if I slam it pretty good. Looks like new door hinges are now on my Christmas list.
