Maybe some of you have seen this before but their RoomBox highTech has these features.

I've also never seen a roof top tent that would carry a spare tire. See their model Discovery Extreme Evolution.

Noticed it was just the tire. Not mounted on a wheel.

I liked the 'trapazoidal lift'. Very interesting.

The spare on the RTT would be better mounted toward the hinge...

I'm suprised they mounted the weight of the spare toward the edge you lift...
Seems like it would be better mounted toward the hinge side so you don't have to lift the full weight of the spare.
Of course that would mean the hinge might have to move to the back to keep the streamlined shape.
I suppose that was a trade off for a tight weather seal at the front edge.
