Measurements needed: TJ Tailgate hinges

I have decided to use TJ tailgate hinges for the rear hatch of my trailer I'm building. What I need from you fine folks is the overall dimensions of the hinge itself, and the measurements of the location of the bolt holes. I attached a pic below to hopefully give you an idea of what measurements I need.

A while back I designed and built TJ replacement hinges, here's are some photos of them along with the key dimensions. I don't think every factory hinge dimension you're looking for is in this drawing, but maybe it will give you enough info.

On my 99 TJ the width of the body end of the hinge is 2-7/8", the tailgate end is 1-3/4".
