I've always wanted a radome on my vehicle.

That looks a lot like a Raytheon Communications rig. We used 1 when the Space Shuttle went down. you bring a radio from each agency on scene over , key up for about 5 seconds and the gizmo turns into a cross band repeater hub with Sat. internet.
