The Good:
Overall in very good condition
Original torsion bar is still operational
New Sway Away Torsion bar included
2 Slo Rainflys included
1 blue without windows
1 grey with windows
Bird dog industries prop rods
Upgraded to stainless steel Heim joints
AT Overland wired interior lighting/12v outlets
In addition, I've wired LED strips throughout
Bullfinch Shower point
Solar connection
NOCO 12v pass through
Eezi Awn 2m Series 1000 awning (hard case)
Rigid Industries SRM rear "porch" light

The Bad:
Some screens have holes from use
I have replacement screen material that I will include
There is one small quarter sized hole near the rear
There are a couple small areas with wear due to opening/closing.
The rear window is bent in one area.
This occurred during shipping. The window isn't damaged and seals fine.
Doberman not included!

I don't have a build sheet particularly. It's a fully custom build that has been modified over the years depending on need. I'd be glad to share a few photos and answer any questions you might have about products and/or materials used. Just let me know. Thanks!
