Sweet talk Andreas at Total Composite to do a run of panels with ballistic inserts for your habitat and you would be golden for a 'bulletproof-build'. ;)

Watching you from a ridge. In Alaska. I'm cold.
Driver: "get a shovel"
Co-driver: "I'm not the one that got us stuck, why don't you get a shovel yourself?"

It's perfectly set up for a fifth wheel, I vote Mog should get it and hook up that toy hauler he's always wanted - one that'll fit the Power Wagon/GZL.

Played around with level 8 armored fiberglass panel the other day on a jobsite. It was 1.5 inches thick and solid. Like solid resin with many, many thin layers. Crazy heavy stuff took a machine to lift a panel. Guys said it was over 2 grand a pop and there were stacks of it. It's fire rated too.

Military trucks that have very little use, sat in the Texas heat for 25 years unused. All hydraulic lines and wiring looms need replacement due to heat/age damage.

More important, like earlier Unimogs air brakes often have problems.

In addition theses trucks came with a number of technical features that break often and could be deemed not a requirement for expedition vehicles.
