Full Time Traveler
On my way back from El Paso TX I took a quick side trip to Hachita NM. There is not much to see out here, which is exactly the point. The wide open spaces here are just amazing. It makes you realize how small we really are in this world. I could have stayed and taken in the view for hours, but after about 30 mins I had to get back to the pavement pounding as Phoenix was still a long ways away. Enjoy!
The clouds out here always look great. I regret not having my camera with me when some of the big thunderstorms roll through.
I was extremely temped to hop the fence and grab the bottle in the lower left hand corner of the shot. From what I could tell it was extremely old and already colored from many years of sun. The fence was posted with no trespassing so I honored the ranchers wishes.
A little black and white always sets a different mood.
A road to nowhere and a bunch of blue sky.
The horse I rode in on.
