pricing question

I found the following ad and am thinking that the price is high, although I have little experience with SMBs. I'm not looking for the "camper conversion" SMB, but do want the pulling power and off road capability. It's the 6.0 motor.

Any comments from you SMB-philes would be great. Thx.

That price is fabulous....like vehicles with 5 times the mileage and half the features are selling for nearly as much.

On the Sportsmobile site there is an '06 Traveler with the 5.4 V8 for sale for $39,500 with 27k mileage, so with the diesel in the one you mention and lower mileage, the price doesn't seem too out of line. What was the add on for the diesel, around $6000 or so.

yeah, saw that one, too. don't know what the add-on was/would be for the diesel.

the main reason i had interest in the one i posted was its location - 10 minutes from me. may just have to take a looksie.

any advice on what i should know and what i should look for when shopping for these rigs?
