Ah ha! Someone who thinks like I do! When I saw that video on a news website there were all sorts of comments both from the reporter and others about the stupid photographer, which bugged me. He's walking backwards because thats just what you do to get the great shots of people walking down the isle and he obviously can't see behind himself. But what about all the people around who saw what was going to happen? I'm sure many were too busy watching the bride and groom to notice what was about to happen, but surely someone had to notice and just didn't say anything?

Years ago at the wedding of an ex-girlfriend of mine the photographer was doing the backwards walk into the reception, weaving between the tables of seated guests, when he keeled over and died. There was the whole cardiac massage thing going on while the wedding party took a different route to their table.
