Whats on top has a lot to do with why I like it.

...the Fuji is looking pretty sweet.
You can cheat the laws of physics.
Well, that's what I was hoping for
In all seriousness, does adding a mount for interchangeable lenses really necessitate a larger body or much more room between the sensor and lens mount?
I still think this camera with one or two other lenses would make the ultimate travel kit.
Leica seems to have done it with the M9...but as usual, they're in a different price-league.
A zoom lens for a large sensor, you need more glass, and that equates to larger, heavier lenses.
So to responding to a previous post - expecting a typical P&S styled 10x optical zoom in a P&S camera with large sensor is a bit silly.
The M9 is pure luxury and a fondler's dream.. not too sure about its durability, since the M8 did not fare too well.
Ywen,
I'm not asking for a zoom; I'm simply asking for interchangeable. As I stated before, I'd be happy with the 35mm, a 50mm, and an 85mm. To be even more clear, I'm looking for prime lenses not zooms.
