I have that bag and it's great. I added food, water and some clothing and feel like I could live a long time out of it. It nice in that almost any situation from urban to wilderness is covered with it. The pack is also super nice.

The pack is very nice... I like the adjustable shoulder straps, and the rain cover. I would recommend putting the rain poncho in the bottom with the rain cover for a one stop shop for if it decides to rain.

I added a small bag to mine to hold 6L of extra water and the warm clothes.

I may head to Cali this weekend and I'll bring it for sure. Nice piece of mind knowing that I can grab one bag and have so much no matter what vehicle or situaton I'm in. I can literally live and stay warm, heathy, well fed and meet any situation or obstical and be covered with all gear I may need for quite a while. Heck I may never go home!
