Boonie's '96 Tacoma SAS Build.
Hey Guys, I'm new here but not to the world of offroad. :victory:
I figure i'd share my truck and some plans and add to this thread as things progress or digress... It's probably not going to be setup for the month long expeditions but I do 2-3 day trips with it.
It's a '96 Tacoma x-cab 4x4, 2.7L with 200k miles on it.
Things done to it:
-Allpro 3" lift kit front adj. coils.
-Allpro 3" rear leaf spring kit with front mount relocated for longer springs.
-Allpro Rock slider kit, going to repositioned, previous owner had them put on before me.
-Diff drop kit. (it's this silly spacer kit to relieve some CV operating angle.)
-32x11.5x15 BFGs with soon to be black crawler wheels.
-Detroit True-Trac rear LSD.
-Custom tree rash and dents.

- '85 Toy axle w/ '98 E-Locker
- Stock Axle Set
- Knuckle Rebuild Kit (figure $150)
- IFS outers
- MC Hi-steer
- MC Backing Plate Eliminators
- FROR Tacoma Brake mounts
- TG Tacoma Shackle Kit
- Used Aisin Locking Hubs
- Used Toyota Knuckle/Spindle outers
- (2) Solid pinion spacers
- E-locker Diff Guard
- Steering Box mount kit
- (2) 5.29 Gear Sets and Master Install Kits
Other Parts (Bought):
- MC 23spl input
- MC triple drilled flanges
- FROR Firewall Plate
- IFS Steering Box
- MC Rear shackle hanger
- 3/4 Drop Steering Arm (traded my flat arm)
- Top shift t-case
- RUF's already setup
- Allpro 1.5" Spacers
- Extended Thread lug nuts
- W56 Transmission
- MC MC07 doubler
- Top Shift T-case
- TG T-100 oilpan conversion
- TG Tacoma PS hose kit
- TG Frame braces
- 4runner E-Locker rear axle 4.10s
- TG Rear Frame Support and misc other items.
- Marlin Triple Drilled Flanges and Misc nuts and bolts
- (5) 35x12.5x17 MTR/Ks 70% tread, spare is new.
- Extended Brake lines
