Out towards Northfork? We downhill mountain bike out that way now, but the trails are all closed down for off-road use. There is also some shooting out there but nothing more then gravel roads.

Do you have any pics of your truck and the HID lights? I have been debating a HID conversion but can't find enough solid information on any certain kit.

I used to do a lot of wheeling out towards Northfork in my High School days, off towards mosquito lake road, theres also a gravel pit out that way which is good for target practice and what-not.

I don't have any good photos of my HID's, or any that would do them justice, but they are well worth it. I did both headlights and fogs with the 5000k systems from www.v-leds.com I've had good luck with their Ram-specific system and my buddy just got a complete system for his F350. V-leds is located somewhere in Bellingham too.

That's where the shooting is and the mountain bike trails are, Mosquito Lake Road. We go to the Northfork brewery and pizzeria there too.

I'll check that company out, thanks!

I am going to see if I can get that stuff on in the next week or so, plus the Superwinch 9.0 EP that is currently on the front of my jeep. The injectors are supposed to be here in the next few days.

Wow so I haven't updated this in a while but I finally took care of some things on the dodge. Got new 50hp injectors installed back in april and the truck is running great now. I just finished up installing my airbags from Hellwig last night. They went on very easily and the instructions were great, if you need a kit I would check them out.

Can't tell if its louder or not, I am thinking no. The economy seems about the same, I drive 4 miles to work and 4 miles home so I don't really get a chance to get good mileage numbers until I am out towing and at that point I have the trailer and the mileage goes down so... haha

Wow, only 4 miles each way... definitely not good for a diesel. Really hope you are changing your oil way more often then recommended. You're not getting it hot enough to evaporate any water moisture, which is really bad.

Love the ARB bumper BTW.

Master-Pull, can you tell me about the improvments in handeling with the new sway bar? I bought one for my truck but have not installed it yet.....:ylsmoke:

We end up going between 3-5k on the oil changes because of the distance. I end up getting some longer trips in there too so I am not too worried.

When I am not towing I can't really tell that much, the truck is pretty stiff anyways so there isn't much body roll out of it. When I am cornering while towing I can tell that it has stiffened it up a bit. I need to go on a longer trip to really see what it will do.

Hmm, i think we`ll find out in about 4 weeks... :ylsmoke:

:)

My mods are slow, hopefully I'll have more time to make some other changes to this truck soon, remove the badges, gauges, ball joints, brakes etc.

Sorry if you misunderstood this. I didn`t want to say that you`re slow, it`s just that me and chilliwak will install his swaybar most likely in about 4 weeks. So we can find out... :sombrero:

Oh no I am slow, with this truck, haha. Between firefighter academy, college, and work, I didn't get much done this spring!

-Alex

Well, same here, but i luckily finished the german college and firefighter trainings last year. Just caught at work now...

Btw., we should start a firefighter thread...

So that means you guys get the nice one piece Euro style fire helmets? I'm jealous, how much would it be to send one of those over?
