I have a 2000 Chinook Premier (lower optioned, square window and shorter than the Glacier above.). Mine has 4 lap belts in the dinette, 3 for the couch and obviously 2 seatbelts for the front seats. That was part of the appeal. I would have preferred a side door with the fixed bed in the back...

Price went up to $42k. Looks like a cool little camper. I don't see a spare tire, and I doubt it is under the back since the black water tank would most likely be there. I also don't see a generator or AC. That does make the roof line nice if you don't "need" it.

Andreas, I believe yours is hard mounted to the cab and the AEONrv has a rubber accordion boot. If adding lift and/or 4wd do you see any risk with hard mounting it to the Transit cab? I like the ruggedness of the Ford E series, but not needing a subframe and factory AWD would be huge.

In case anyone is interested, they have had it for sale for about a week now at Pilip Ambulance. That was an expensive 120 mile drive, oil change and two new glow plugs! Makes me sick for a number of reasons: 1st is I should have bought it, but my wife would want me to sell it. 2nd- I wonder...
