FWIW, someone at Supertramp told me they could duplicate the two black cabinets in the photos on the other side where the molle panels are (so four cabinets total) Still not a lot of storage, but it would help.
What are the dimensions and dry weight of the vehicle overall? How many pounds of payload? How wide, deep, and thick is the mattress, and how much space is there between the top of the mattress and the ceiling?
Not sure what your point is. Many vehicles (commercial trucks, traditional RVs, other F-550-based rigs, etc.) are this big or bigger and "fit on the roads" just fine. They're not for everyone, but I don't see a need to insult the guy's rig just because it's not for you.

Exactly. Spending $100K or even $50K on a rig would be unimaginable to billions of people around the world who can barely make ends meet (or simply can't). $1 million to some people is like $1K to me. It's all about perspective.
I agree. Scouts are cheap and not very well thought out (mediocre electrical systems, insufficient water storage, those silly porta-ledges for bed extensions). There's a real hole in the market right now; plenty of high-end EarthRoamer-style vehicles for millionaires who want to look outdoorsy...
