Just got an pre-sale inspection at NW Jeep and addressed the items found:
Replaced left and right front hubs (wheel bearings)
Brake fluid exchange
I'm planning to post this Jeep on an auction site soon, please get it touch if you're interested! Message me here on Expo or email me: jeep@pdxwww.com
Some additional photos with the roof top tent on. Tent is not included in sale but of course the Front Runner rack is and the tent mounting brackets are too.
And a photo of the aluminum River Raider engine and transmission skid plate, pre install:
More interior photos, this time with the rubber floor mats installed. I also have the original carpet floor mats which are like new and will be included in the sale.
Hey beerhiker, thanks for taking a look! I'm planning to do an interior photo shoot when I have some time this weekend, wanted to finish detailing the inside. I'll get some underbody shots while I'm at it and tag you when they're up here.
Some shots of the black forest green pearlcoat paint in direct sunlight:

I would go with the locking door and the stock gas cap. I've had two (Mopar JK specific) locking gas caps on my 2012 JKUR and both eventually developed small leaks that set off my check engine light, unlucky I guess. The code was P0456 as I recall. I even tried cleaning and lubing the seals...
Hey Thirsty,
Thanks for the additional photos, very nice rig! The sliders and snorkel look great on there. I'm curious if you have any suspension upgrades?
Thanks!
I've had the Slimline II half-rack, which has all the same roof mounts/holes as the full rack, on my 2012 JKUR for over three years. It's great, we use it with our roof top tent all the time. No leaks, just using the foam washers. Living in the Pacific Northwest. ;)
Here's are a couple photos...
