Howdy just tightening up my torsion bars, on the two nuts connected to the adjustment bolt, I under stand you need to loosen the top nut, and you want to put a wrench on the lower nut to hold while you turn the bolt underneath, but do you need to loosen the lower nut as well for adjustment?Any idea how many complete rerevolutions you made in the bolts to get 2" inches? Just trying to get a estimate before I start.
