Introducing the All-New 2026 Total Composites Camper Kits

Get ready to take your next adventure to new heights! We’re proud to unveil our refined 2026 Camper Kits — expertly engineered for explorers, builders, and DIY enthusiasts who demand the best in performance, innovation, and quality.

Whether you’re a weekend hobbyist or a seasoned professional, our camper kits are designed to make your build easier, lighter, and more durable than ever before.

Next-Level Engineering — 100% Wood-Free Design

For 2026, we’ve reimagined our camper construction from the ground up. Every kit is now completely wood-free, built with a precision-engineered combination of Polyurethane and PET foam cores that deliver unmatched insulation, strength, and durability.

PET foam is strategically used in key areas — the floor, cab-over, and rear wall — to provide exceptional shear strength and protection against point loads. The result?

  • Lighter weight for improved handling and fuel efficiency
  • Superior insulation for year-round comfort
  • Incredible durability that stands up to the toughest adventures

Simply put, Total Composites panels are now the most advanced in the industry.

What’s Included in Every Kit

Each 2026 camper kit comes complete with everything you need to bring your build to life:

  • Detailed assembly guide (paper copy)
  • Pultrusion cut list
  • Cut-to-size panels
  • Full-length (19.5’) FRP extrusions
  • Stainless steel corner caps (recommended to powder coat before install)
  • Koemmerling 225 adhesive (3 cases, 12 × 600ml)
  • Manual camper jacks and mounts
  • Tie-down mounts

Please note: Tie-downs, bolts, screws, and other consumables are not included.

Windows & Doors That Match Your Build

We proudly recommend Expedition Upfitter — our in-house brand trusted in over 500 Total Composites habitats worldwide.
Our ExUp windows and doors offer exceptional strength, reduced weight, and unbeatable value compared to traditional glass options.

Seamless Delivery, Worldwide

Every kit ships directly from our family-managed factory in Asia to a commercial address of your choice.
Single orders are carefully packaged in an A-frame for easy unloading by forklift.

We handle all logistics and customs— keeping you informed every step of the way. On delivery day, your carrier will allow one hour of free unloading time, and we recommend having four helpers on hand.
Need more time? Additional unloading is available at $350/hour.

Build the Future of Adventure

With cutting-edge materials, unmatched performance, and a streamlined build experience, the 2026 Total Composites Camper Kits are redefining what’s possible for DIY builders and professionals alike.

I though you stopped selling kits to the public, and your products were only available via 'Professional Partners. Builders'?

Sorry Yes yes yes we are a bit behind with website updates :)

We have been asked for kits from private buyers on a daily basis and have since revamped our offerings and support for the DIY crowd. Thank goodness we are not operating on strict business plans or have to answer to investors.... Therefore we can adjust to market demands more easily. Hence the announcement for the revamped-updated DIY kits! We listen to our customers and happy to follow through on this. Cheers.

Cool. I saw some updates on the FB page and have been curious.

My first question is why the FRP pultrusion's won't be precut? Seems like a nasty job that would run better in a CNC cut line with dust collection. Something I would happily pay for in a DIY kit.

Maybe I'm not understanding the offering. "Cut to size panels", I'm assuming means panels cut to assemble the various camper designs you have had on your site for the last few years. Or maybe it means specified rectangular shapes for a completely custom build along with the full length pultrusions?

Are you still supporting the upfitter / pro builder model in parallel to DIY?

Will you share any pricing examples or will each order be quoted individually with an expiration date?

The teaser pics of the engineering testing are cool. I hope when you update your site, you add a page displaying what you have done.

Thank you for the update, Andreas. We are currently evaluating the Tundra V8 as the leading candidate for our next vehicle, specifically for our journey to West Africa. Have there been any box build projects completed on this platform? We are prioritizing the Tundra due to our confidence in its part availability over a Ford or Dodge

I made a pseudo 3-point with poly isolators that is working well. I think it's a good idea, though nearly everyone just hard mounts to the frame.

My first question is why the FRP pultrusion's won't be precut? Seems like a nasty job that would run better in a CNC cut line with dust collection. Something I would happily pay for in a DIY kit. They can't be cut on the CNC. You need a 12" sliding mitersaw. Due to the sharp pointy ends it's hard to wrap them and guarantee damage free shipping/handling.

Maybe I'm not understanding the offering. "Cut to size panels", I'm assuming means panels cut to assemble the various camper designs you have had on your site for the last few years. Or maybe it means specified rectangular shapes for a completely custom build along with the full length pultrusions? Meaning that each panel is ready for assembly and do not need to be cut. This note was added because many buyers have asked about this detail in the past.

Are you still supporting the upfitter / pro builder model in parallel to DIY? Of course.

Will you share any pricing examples or will each order be quoted individually with an expiration date? For Canadian customers we have a priceless available. For US customers we need to keep it somewhat flexible with the ever changing mood changes of Trump and his tariffs.

The teaser pics of the engineering testing are cool. I hope when you update your site, you add a page displaying what you have done. We will always share real data where possible.
Thanks for your questions and input!

Hey Christian,

The tundra is a nice compromise between a Tacoma and something like a F350. Although, you still need to be careful with payload... Especially when travelling Europe.
There have been several Tundra owners that installed our slide in campers but no flatbeds yet. Feel free to drop me an email if you like to chat more about it.

Cheers

I guess they require being under GVWR? That would make it pretty much impossible.
yes probably, but should not be an issue for us as we would be heading straight down to Northern Africa.

But yes keeping the weight in check is a big challenge.

Always! Staying under axle ratings is tough enough. One thing I'd eliminate is the OEM bed or a typical "flatbed"; design the camper floor to mount to the frame with minimal interfaces and reinforcements. The 8ft bed I removed was ~350 lbs; al interface beams, bolts, carbon load spreaders, and poly isolators were 106 lbs.

Their panels appear to be pretty well optimized for weight. Would be cool to get some weight data for them and the extrusions. Have you thought about which model Tundra you'd want (bed, cab, year, etc) and the weight of stuff you'd bring besides the camper?
