    Please sign this petition

I signed it and took it to the mitsu section where they seem to be doing the same thing (nothing). It is sad when people complain about how the good stuff doesn't come here, yet when they have the opportunity to help get it here they are too lazy to type a few words and check an email. Pathetic...

    SOFpirate's 1996 Montero LS buildthread.

I guess I got lucky finding the SR here. I stumbled across it while looking for a condenser fan. I thought I was the luckiest person.... A rear locker really does make a huge difference. Good luck in whatever you choose to do. With that kind of money some might say it would be best to get a...

    SOFpirate's 1996 Montero LS buildthread.

I got my SR locker for $100 at the local pick and pull. That included the pump. Installed it myself. Only thing I couldn't do was put the SR flange on the LS drive shaft. So, total price was 100 for locking axle w/ pump, 5 for a switch, 20 dollars for new diff oil, 5 for paint, 85 for drive...

Let us not forget the American Veteran today. It is because of those who sacrifice so much that we can be free. God bless all that serve and have served our nation's military. You are all my brothers and for those we have lost, I will see you again and we can finish our game of spades. Hooah...

2011 Jeep Patriot Latitude X (Trail Rated)

I think they did pretty good with it considering they built off of the dodge caliber platform. I had a friend that was able to get his gas mileage in the 30's. Not too sure how they do off road though considering his was a two wheel drive.

    Runs poorly on 93 octane

Yeah, although they were somewhat valid ideas all things considered. I would have put up pictures of the plugs, but I already threw them away. They were horrible!:Wow1:

Stereo installed now no dash lights...crap

I think I still have my electrical systems introduction textbook if you want to use it. It shows you everything you need to know about testing electrical systems with a volt meter and how to use it. I can ship it to you if you ship it back when you are done. PM me for more details.

    Runs poorly on 93 octane

Yeah, I had to remove the intake plenum on mine as well. I only use NGK or denso in everything I own including my lawnmower. I chose the platinum due to the durability and the fact that pulling the intake to get to the plugs was quite a chore just to tune it up. I got the NGK platinum plugs...

    Runs poorly on 93 octane

replaced the plugs and wires today. Had copper core NGK in it. They we all used up to say the least. Put in platinum NGK with some Denso wires and she runs perfect now. To be honest, I think it was just mere coincidence the whole time.

Stereo installed now no dash lights...crap

It's not possible... But then again, anything is possible... I'd say check the bulbs in the dash and those connections. pull out the dash, and check it out.

Mystery Engine/Exhaust Problem in '95 Montero LS (HELP!)

I have never had a problem with them either. When I was a service manager at a local shop we used them exclusively. On occasion, I'd get my guys to use the NGK for certain applications though, but I'd never us bosch unless they were going in a little VW and the owner asked for them. Good luck...

Mystery Engine/Exhaust Problem in '95 Montero LS (HELP!)

NGK plugs and Denso wires are best for these as they are OEM. It shouldn't be the brand of plugs causing this issue though. I am sure you are doing everything you can think of... I will see what I can come up with since I have an identical truck... Let me know if you find the culprit? Edit...
