I don't have a GoPro, yet, but I use this mount from FilmTools for my cameras in and out of the truck. It's solid once mounted.

ditto on that. hp5 is awesome. i'd also recommend tri-x shot at 320. if you want to experiment with development, head on over to dr5. some of my best published work was processed by him. he does great work.

awesome work. for me, the filters give such a better look. i use PS when i need to try and achieve a certain look for a specific shot. same thing i would have done in the darkroom with some chemicals and an enlarger. man, i miss those days. something about peering into that tub and watching...

your other option is to go old school. grab some of these and treat it like film. do as much work in camera as possible. :)

I haven't done a lot of it as I still haven't quite decided whether I'm a fan of it or not. If it's done correctly, I think it's great but most of the examples I've seen are so over the top. Scott Kelby sometimes has a decent tip or two on HDR. Here's one he posted a couple of months back...
