I can offer you a custom frp composite shell but I an the east coast. Might be able to create a kit. I have patented frp composite poptop but that will come later. I have a few projects in the works for a client

How heavy and tall is your box. This customer welded this to the lmtv bed. Solid mounted..The box is 12.4 x 7.4 x 7. Has been to Baja to Arctic circle

Never saw a post sorry, not on here to often. I actually use high density eps, xps or can use a pvc foam. I embed pvc inserts with perimeter edging then the new panels will get polyurea coated
Foam is sprayed with proprietary spray glue then roller pressed at 75psi

Yours could actually have more condensation due to the steel. I have a patent on my hardsided poptopper topper and I make frp composite panels. Look into these panels no thermal bridging

A guy here in GA bought like 18 of them for resale. They are all over FB Market. I bought a blue one and got 20% off about 3 weeks ago. Did not see the higher version one
I opened my platinum and had all the things you mentioned above but 2 10amp hour batteries only

Interesting all my...
I have an 07 fuso and the overhang will have to be really tall to clear the arc. 2 ways you could do it is have a seperate popup section on the cab that you could access from the main pod or make your pod slide backwards when you need to get to the engine.

I built mine out of the cutout sip panel. Channel perimeter and used an architectural roto hinge. Recessed fold our door lever and a commercial dead bolt. It was very stout

Last post on IG was May and I have not seen sponsored adds on FB for a while. Looks like their shop was pretty well equipped with equipment and employees to just give up but maybe there overhead outweighed their sales?
