    2005 AWD Express build (not Vanilla)

    Creaky plastic is by far the biggest annoyance I have with my van. I’m open to any and all suggestions. Even gone so far as to look into some conversion van door panels. I just can’t handle the look of most of them.

    Hard to find, but I love my Express 3500 Duramax. '15 and older has the 6.6 liter. I'm in Eugene, Or, if you're passing through you're welcome to go for a joyride. Unless you go to a truck It'd be hard to find something that fits your criteria other than maybe a Transit with the Ecoboost but...

    Ok been lurking for awhile and finally got around to becoming less covert. 2015 Express 3500 Duramax with Quigley 4x4 and custom tuned Fox shocks. Passenger van, no build out as of yet other than some solar for a Dometic fridge.

    2015 Chevy Express Van Duramax build- (FEV) Family Expedition Van

    First post here but I figured I’d respond since I also have a 2015 Dmax Express. 2015 was still the 6.6 v8. I think the 2.8 started in 2016 but possibly 2017. This is a cool project and very similar to how I use my van. Love to see some more pictures and an update.
