To address the no ac cooled seat problem, you can add aftermarket covers or do a full seat conversion. I have no personal experience with these cooled seats unfortunately so I can't say how well they perform.
It's going to be overweight, or if not, suffer from poor handling. This is purely speculation, so I am open to being wrong. The TC campers that are now 50mm all around will be lighter than the the ones built with the 83 mm roof and floor, so that could work in your favor going with 50 mm all...
Going with some cut out fender flares would negate the need for the front lift. Also, I drive around without any sway bar and it makes a huge difference.
Sure it's been done. I would personally find it hard to rationalize cutting up a new truck just so I can go from the back of the camper to the driver's seat, but people do it. If you search around you are likely to find many example. If you end up doing it though, post some pictures.
Do you happen to know how much weight is on the rear axle fully loaded? It seems like you could be over the weight rating of the tires? I also did the sway bar delete, makes a huge difference. (y)
The starting issues, and the over temp issue sounds like something the dealer should take care of. Unless you are over the GVW of the truck I would think the truck should handle it in 90 degree temps, which isn't even that hot. Hard starting at only 20 degrees fahrenheit I would think is a...
Not sure if you mentioned it, but do you have any idea what the total weight might come out to? I don't know anything about google sketch but is it possible to calculate the weight of each component ?

ULSD is not found all over Mexico. The diesel that comes from Pemex 99% of which is of...
If the back end of the frame will twist more than directly behind the cab. I would think you would want to hard mount behind the cab instead, and flex mount at the back.
It is a little intimidating to use and I still worry every time I use it I am going to screw something up, but I am no computer genius myself and have managed to use it for the small number of things so far without issues, including shutting off the tire pressure warnings and adjusting the...
