thethePete, I don't think its possible to buy any fuel that nonULSD. Dyed fuel, and even watered down crap fuel is still ULSD, at least in the USA. The issue here is the sulfur content, bad fuel will wreck any diesel regardless if it has pollution controls or not.

Sterling makes a 120 amp dc to dc charger you could probably use. Now what would be cool is if you could figure out how to have your truck start automatically and run for a set period of time, say an hour, once your batteries got down to 50%. They do this on some Class B's.

What's the reason for all the LiPo battery amp hours? I understand you can't have too much, but just curious why you chose to go with that much battery, especially considering the cost. I don't see anything in the van unless I missed it that would require that many amp hours.

I doubt they carry parts for the "scorpion" ford diesel though, and there is no way a 6.0 liter will make it beyond the US/Mexican border! Not sure what the international network is for Cummins, though I did stop at a Cummins service center in Guadalajara.

Or just get a bigger truck, probably cheaper and more reliable than the sprinter.

Any of the big three with a gas motor would work. Pick the one you like most. If you are buying a diesel, whoever told you stay away from Cummins might be on something they shouldn't. You don't "need" the wrap, it is extra storage though, but not necessary.
