For the most part, I have been able to find everything I need for my 2door. As long as you don't need/want new door cards, or some trim pieces, you will be fine. you just need to be specific about what vehicle you have when talking to your reps. :)

so the guy driving the red 2dr RRC is me Mike, and despite the similarities the guy directing is Eric, but he was not the passenger in the other picture. :sombrero: I was staying at the Canyonlands campground with my friend Andrew who has a series. Clear as mud yet? :victory:
It is top of the world, but thats not Eric, he was a couple vehicles back. Its my buddy that flew out for the national. he then of course spent half the time helping (read watching and drinking while I) fixed it. :) The white rim one week later:

WOOT for the 2door !!!
Yes it is. Makes me want to get the poor guy painted. What tire size are you running? When I had the 235/75s on I was driving 45 miles each way to work, alternating between the 2dr and the series 2a. It wasn't the most economical commuting vehicle, but it was real...
Actually I am fairly sure that the vw t-3 testing was done with an overloaded cargo area and was a test of a crash facility. :)
oh yea let me google that for you: YouTube - What about that VW t3 crash test?
On a what to drive note. I would go with something like an early forester...

Might take some time to do it now while not possibly fubar in the middle of nowhere. Using an angle grinder and a screwdriver, you should be able to get the covers off quickly. Mine where on the bench while I was doing a spring upgrade, and it was less than 30 min to do them all. Then get the...

I am not sure what they use on Overhaulin, but the original Dynamatt was an asphalt based product, but the new Dynamatt (extreme) is a butyl product. Brownbread is specific butyl product from B-quiet IIRC. Yep here it is http://www.b-quiet.com/ultimate.html now replaced with B-quiet Ultimate...
