I had a 98 that looks almost exactly like that one, right down to the lift and all...I drove it to Alaska from Macon, Georgia and it didn't miss a beat and didn't have a single issue, man I miss that Jeep! Good look with the sale, it'll make someone a great rig

Seems like 17"s are being passed over in popularity with manufacturers now for 18"s ugh when will this madness end? I would love to put 16"s on my Silverado, but with the front disc sizes now a 17" wheel is the minimum I can run and I won't ever go above that if I have any choice in the matter...
I got some of those off eBay, genuine GM products that were blemishes on the attachment points that you don't even see when installed and I must say they are very well made and do the job very well and I got a great deal on them!

I love the way you used the existing letters from ambulance to create Bula's new name, well done and good luck with the sale.

Look inside your glovebox and it has all the RPO codes listed and that will tell you everything you need to know about options and the like, there are sites online to decipher the RPO codes...this is one https://www.newgmparts.com/decoding-general-motors-rpo-codes

I've got a 2" leveling kit on my 2016 and it didn't quite get me to where I wanted to be and thought of using the 2.5" or even the 3", but I've seen the resulting stress put on 2 coworkers trucks with those and that made me like and appreciate my 2" just fine!

My 2016 Silverado is a 6L80 6 speed and it's very sensitive to fluid levels and conditions...it's at 48K miles and I've completed a pan drop and filter change and it's shifting much better, but the fluid level has to be right on the money. I don't know if the 8 sp is the same way, but that's one...
I've put more miles on these little tricks during my military years overseas than I care to remember, but all in all they are a very capable little rig, they haul more than they have any business doing and are actually decently comfortable to drive. I wouldn't pay that much for one, but that's...
Just read your build blog and saw that you're in Alaska, I had the great fortune to live in Anchorage and Ketchikan a few years ago...it's an experience I'll always treasure and would love to move back some day. You're not kidding about the roads being done of the worst I've ever seen, it's...
That's absolutely gorgeous, cozy doesn't even begin to describe how it looks! Well done and good look, I bet you get your ear talked off by interested people and passerbys...

I've worked with this on a limited basis as a plant maintenance engineer and stumbled upon this video and thought it was something that might interest my fellow gearheads and general tinkerers...

I had 24 years in the military and have been around enough Gov. vehicles to recognize that paint color as one right away lol but I was worried when you said the seller lied, it sure turned out to be a great lie for you, a solenoid sure is easier to change than that fuel pump that's for sure...
I see that now inside his maintenance log, just seems like it would be posted in the main ad, if you don't go looking at the maintenance log you wouldn't know

I had the misfortune of being stationed at Minot AFB in North Dakota and assigned to civil engineering we performed maintenance on these sites...it seems like a nice secure locale once the sky falls, but it wouldn't even be on my radar for a place I'd want to take over once Uncle Sam vacates...
