You'll love the 80. Sounds like you have a good start. With the RTT on top, I would recommend a very stiff spring for the front and rear. (I run 3" OME Comps up front and the OME 864's with a 1" spacer in the rear)

Springbar tents are phenomenal in poor weather. I have been snowed on in a Family Camper (easy 10-14") and stayed perfectly dry in a 4 day downpour in Moab a few years back in a Campsite. The only mold problems I have -ever- heard of have been with those who store their canvas tents wet.
