BSA mess kit (don't ask how many years old). Used a couple weeks ago but am retiring it this summer.

No Difference ^^ same here. Really no difference between rack and no rack. Wind deflector really just cuts down on the noise . . . a little.

Wondered the same thing. Almost looks like an Arkon mount, but no identification on the tray.
